Processing time

Most items are ready to ship, however some items are made to order.  Processing time is typically within 1-2 business days for items that are in stock. Items that are being personalized will take a 2-3 extra business days.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 3-7 business days for first class shipping, Priority Shipping tends to take 1-3 business days. Also, depending on the time of year and shipping address these shipping estimates can change. With first class and priority shipping through USPS, the delivery dates are not guarantee'd unless you pay for the Priority Express option (Overnight Delivery). Which USPS does guarantee the delivery date or your money back on the shipping cost. 

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Worldwide: First Class Shipping can take any where from 14 to 30 days depending on the country and import customs that your package is being delivered too. Priority Shipping can take slightly less than that but some packages have taken longer than First Class packages to get through import customs.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, once a package is in customs we do not have control over the package on when it will be released or any delays that may occur. 

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
